– Establish quality assurance policies; instruct other divisions to comply with those policies.
– Consult President on and execute short term, mid-term and long term plan of quality assurance.
– Coordinate and cooperate with other divisions in conducting survey on education quality, employability and human resource.
– Collaborate with domestic and international organisations to carry out quality assurance activities.
– Research, develop, communicate and launch new quality management methods.
