On 6th Dec 2018, Foreign Trade University (FTU) closinging ceremony of Training “Enhancing system’s capability to ensure internal quality of universities in Vietnam” belonging to ASEAN-QA SQUARED program within the framework of ASEAN-QA program.
Attendants of the ceremony include Assoc. Prof Dr. Thuy Thi Thu Le – FTU’s Vice President, Dr. Manh Sy Vo – Director of Center for Testing and Quality Assurance, Mr. Frank Niedermeier – Director of ASEAN-QA Program, Postdam University, Republic of Germany and 22 participants, who are managers and officers in charge of quality from 18 higher education institutions around the country. Besides, there were also 3 TrainIQA 2016-2018 alumni attending, including Dr. Thuy Anh Tran – Director of Center of Testing and Quality Assurance – University of Social Sciences and Humanities – Vietnam National University, Dr. Nu Nu Lwin – Director of Center of Testing and Quality Assurance – Yagoon School of Economics, and Dr. Thanongsack Duangdala – Director of Division of Testing and Quality Assurance – Department of Research Management – Laos National University.
At the ceremony, Assoc. Prof Dr. Thuy Thi Thu Le – FTU’s Vice President sent special thanks to trainers, alumni and participants attending and contributing to the success of the training program. She also emphasized that quality assuring is a vital work that needs investing more in terms of human resource, and looked forward to creating the network between higher education institutions to boost exchange and support within each other in this process.
