Surveying the opinions of students and alumni about the teaching activities of lecturers, subjects, facilities and employment status after graduation is a regular and periodic activity to continuously improve , iENHANCE the training quality of education institutions. This is also one of the important contents stated in Decision 711/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister dated June 13, 2012 on approving the “Education development strategy for the period 2011-2020”.

Thus, every year, even every month, survey activities of students and alumni cost education íntitutions a lot of money, especially for photocopying survey forms, transfering data to analysing software, storing, deploying staff, entering and processing data…,which is very time consuming. Therefore, saving costs while still conducting surveys effectively depends on the funding problem faced the school’s Board of Directors/Directors.
As the online survey system was successfully built, implemented and transferred to more than 20 educational institutions ; With the desire to continue sharing experiences and transferring the PRACTICAL BENEFITS that the online survey system brings, the Quality Assurance Center, Foreign Trade University organizes:
