On August 31, 2022, the Center for Testing and Quality Assurance conducted a training program on AUN-QA assessment at program level version 4.0.
Participants:
– From AUN: Mr. Johnson Ong Chee Bin – Founder and principal Consultant of Education Quality International, AUN-QA Expert, AUN-QA’s “Green Jacket” Assessor, Member of AUN-QA Technical Team;
– From FTU: Assoc. Prof, Dr. Pham Thu Huong – Vice President, Dr. Nguyen Phuc Hien – Director of the Center for Testing and Quality Assurance, Heads of Departments/ Faculties and members of Quality Assurance Team;
Assoc. Prof, Dr. Pham Thu Huong emphasized that quality assurance is one of the top priorities at Foreign Trade University. According to her, the University held this workshop instructed by the expert from AUN –QA in order to help members of the Quality Assurance Team have deeper understanding on the AUN-QA assessment at program level version 4.0, which can be applied in the process of self-assessment at program level.
At the workshop, Mr. Johnson Ong Chee Bin specifically introduced and analyzed the requirements of 8 standards in AUN-QA assessment at program level version 4.0.
Also, questions from members of the University’s Quality Assurance Team were clarifed by Mr. Ong at the end of the workshop.
